scene and heard. all around me. anyone who bothers. the simple-minded trying too hard. the dumb yet punny fella. sociable yet introverted. how contradicting.

incomprehensible

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM!

first things first.

so, im here again. boring day today. had piano in the morning and kinda screwed it cos i wasnt practicing. and why? cos of all the work thats piling around me. time to burn them down.

Celebrated my mum's birthday at some small restaurant in hougang area, i think. not that good at directions in the dark ar. sorry. i have so many birthdays to remember and prepare this month. the brother started the month, my cousin den this very close fren of mine, now my mum and soon to come birthdays as well. its burning a hole in my pocket. i am gonna declare bankrupt for this month man. i need to beg for alms soon to recur some lost yea.

im drained like that cracking dam in China. gonna burst open and......wadeva. cant be bothered.

why in the world can there be such a subject that torments all students instead of giving them some practical insights. its totally useless in a way and it makes no difference in our lives. Basic Media Research is its name. its BIG BIG name that screams 'COME ON! try me out and i'll blow your mind for sure.' yes, it is a mind-blowing experience. sad to say, i totally agree with the seniors about this freakin subject and i am not alone, the whole cohort seems to be dreading every second of it.

is it true that making one love the subject means making one do well at it? if that is the case den i know very well that i will never do well in this den. but no matter how, even if the skies fall or Singapore sinks or gets blown down by some cyclone or eaten by some quake, i must still get over with it to prevent myself from returning to Temasek Poly for my fourth year. yes, just for a freakin subject that only creates fear.

now i truly understand the meaning of incomprehensible.

project for success

this sucks.

school sucks. i wanna rant like that little boy who doesnt seem to know anything about this wworld and act as if the world owes him a hell lot of things. im busted shit man. school's adding on to the undying pile of stuff around me.

time management is all i need? i seriously need to consider my schedule and plan well or else the next time i post would be one declaring my drop-out state from school. waha. somehow, it always amazes me how i can actually do my stuff in time even though i have to rush like ants or dying to have that teleporting ability. but i dun think thats a compliment eh? school has been draining for the past weeks. projects, assignments and also an upcoming performance. i am busy man.

anyways, just kinda curious about some people i saw in the bus. well, u know when these people who kinda take 2 seats instead of one. not bcos they put their bags or stuff beside but they literally take 2 seats? ok, i am not mentioning those who are bigger in size or layman terms, fat. i dun discriminate them cos its personal preference to that. however, i find those 'big-balls' or big ass people really annoying. my fren and i gave them these terms. either they are 'big-balled' or they have a 'bigger ass den supposed'. they take up 2 seats la, like open their legs so wide that the poor chap beside have to either sit at the edge and risk falling of when the bus turns or rather stand instead of suffering the balancing act. such people just deserves to walk la.

we called it 'big-balled' cos most of them are usually guys or rather old men la. brainless walking tummy carriers. another kind that just ruins Singapore's gracious society would be those funny commuters who love to squeeze their way to the front when a bus or train arrives. especially a certain kinda people (its safer not to mention any racial or religious prejudice here). they can just walk right in front of you when you are giving way to people to alight and they seem so pleased and satisfied. FK them la. they are such idiots and total ignorance about the others around them. they can gleefully 'float' in front of you just as the train comes to a stop. worst of all, some even squeeze in while the passengers are alighting, just to get their big fat ass smacked down that seat they so "deserved". Another kinda weird behaviour would be those passengers who cannot wait to get off wadeva transport they are taking. god dam knows the bus is full and everyone has to suffer from bad ventilation already(and i pity the little ones who are stuck butt-in-the-face la), they still have to squeeze and squirm through the bus to the door when it is almost a stop before they alight?! like WTF! cant u wait till the bus is nearer or stopping then u move? everyone has to give way and squeeze just to find you standing at the door waiting for another few minutes before the bus actually reaches your stop. am i supposed to say, " WELL DONE DUDE! you managed to squeeze to the door in time for you to get down!"?

Singapore's gracious society just needs training i guess and lots of em.

Dangerous curves ahead.

I took rather long just to get this post up, cause i wanted to read through it and add some more stuff. there weren't much this few days or a week. had an orientation camp for the freshies and there were cute ones and witty ones who can really bring up the spirit especially in this microwave cooking weather now. anyways, the title was inspired by the group of us who went to Mind Cafe. they know why.

it is damn HOT! step out and i start to sweat. that icky sticky feeling just sucks as it really makes me uncomfortable. being a particular person about smells often makes it worst as i get 'over-aware' of myself smelling bad. glad i have grown without a BO, or body odour in long. i can only thank my parents, maids and a lil of myself for saving myself since young. bathing was seen as a chance to play with water and it made me 'high'. those pathetic young days were just unimaginable and totally kid-ish. but i kinda miss them still, its a brainless life.
proper school has started now and it doesn't seem to get better. with some useless lecture being made compulsory and some subjects which seems to never end while drowning us. it is really that torturing to my ears and brains which is dead at the time of the lecture. sweets have lost their effect on me even after downing dozens of them which might just end up making me run to the toilet every now and then to release the laxative effect.

O wow. i overslept for todays lesson. and my mum is making a helluva big fuss here. 'quick i fetch you there( when its way pass the 15 minutes grace time)' , 'go take MC la! (which i did not expect from her)' cos the parents are a couple of rather old-fashioned bound people but they're not traditional strict kind. weird eh? so im here continuing my post to spend some time before my next lesson. which is at 1, so i have nothing much to do now, given that there is no work to do yet.

Yesterday was the brother's birthday. this bum is getting old ahead of us. he is the 'eldest' one now, so everyone says. He looks old but he is as kid-ish to me still. that intolerable oh-so-lazy bum of his is just neutralised by his witty nature. his big head might indeed contain some brains, amazingly cos empty vessels make the most noise.

Happy Belated Bday to u here den.
